Learning Opportunities Abound

Classes are held every Sunday for ages 3 thru Adult. Confirmation classes are available for students in grades 7 & 8. Adults interested in membership in Prince of Peace are asked to speak with the Pastor. (Classes are scheduled upon request.) Bible Studies are open to anyone interested and are held on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 AM and Thursday afternoons at 1:00 PM.

Prince of Peace Early Learning Center is our Gospel, Christ centered school for children. Programs are available for Toddlers, Preschoolers, Pre-Kindergarten, Year to Grow and Kindergarten. For more information contact the church office.

Good Reading

Several tracts make their first appearance in our newly updated tract rack: Spiritually Safe Sex “God’s will for our happiness”, Both Parents and Priest “Raising Little Christians” and "Who Are the Angels?" Also available on the Narthex table are current editions of “Lutheran Witness”, Portals of Prayer” and more. Perhaps someone with a heart for this ministry would like to make it their own personal mission?
Memorial packets are available for gifts made in memory of a loved one. The packet contains a note card to give or send to the bereaved and an addressed envelope for your donation.

Flowers can be placed on the altar on any Sunday by placing your request on the flower chart in the main hallway. They can be placed in memory of loved ones, in celebration of any event, birthdays, anniversaries etc…. After the service you may take them home or ask Pastor to share them with a shut-in.

Community Ministries

Prince of Peace supports the work of Today’s Choice, a center for sexual health and pregnancy care and the local food pantry. We also support a different local mission each quarter. If you are in need or know of a need which we may be able to fill please contact Pastor or the church office.
